Job summary

Entek Elektrik, a Koç Group energy company, seeks an IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage Windows Server and MS infrastructure, AD/Entra ID, and Azure/M365 environments. You will implement conditional access, MFA, and Defender solutions while supporting multiple locations in a hybrid working model.

You should have a BS in computer engineering or related field with 3+ years’ experience, strong English, and hands-on PowerShell automation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in system/infrastructure administration incl. Windows Server.
• Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, certificate infra, Azure AD, Azure/Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, admin, maintenance and monitoring of Windows Server and MS infra.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, cert infra and Entra ID services.
• Manage Azure, Microsoft 365 and Intune environments incl. device inventory & patching.
• Support Conditional Access, MFA, endpoint security, Defender solutions.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and improve system performance and security.
• Provide remote and on-site support across locations as required.
• Contribute to IT projects, disaster recovery, and continuity processes.
• Maintain inventories and prepare technical documentation; liaise with vendors.
• Engage in agile projects; participate in Koç Group initiatives and trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, Informatics, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system and infrastructure administration, including Windows operating systems and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, certificate infrastructures, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM and MDM solutions for device, inventory, application and patch management.
• Knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, device compliance policies, Microsoft Defender and endpoint security solutions.
• Ability to perform basic automation and system administration tasks using PowerShell and experience in log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking technologies including firewall, switch, router, LAN/WAN and VPN.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, ITIL processes, Incident, Problem and Change Management, information security and ISO 27001 practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
• Proficiency in technical English.

• Managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, certificate infrastructures and Microsoft Entra ID services.
• Managing Azure, Microsoft 365 and Intune environments, including device inventory, configuration, application, patch and compliance processes.
• Supporting the implementation and administration of Conditional Access, MFA, endpoint security and Microsoft Defender solutions.
• Analyzing system issues, identifying root causes and developing permanent solutions while monitoring system performance, availability, redundancy and security.
• Providing remote and on-site support to users and IT infrastructures across different locations when required.
• Contributing to IT projects, infrastructure integrations, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
• Maintaining system, application and license inventories and preparing technical documentation.
• Supporting technical activities with vendors and technology partners while contributing to the security, continuity and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.
