Job summary

Token Financial Technologies seeks a Cloud & System Administrator to join our bold fintech team in Turkey. You will manage Azure/AWS environments, Microsoft 365 services, and ensure secure, high‑performing Windows and Linux servers across the enterprise.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years cloud and server experience, strong AD and PAM proficiency, and hands-on with virtualization and DR solutions. This role offers dynamic collaboration, Agile practices, and opportunities within Koç Group

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field; Master’s or PhD is an advantage.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with cloud platforms, virtualization, and Windows/Linux server administration.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server and endpoint OS (Windows 11, macOS, Ubuntu).
• Proven proficiency with Active Directory and its components.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, preferably CyberArk PAM.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Strong backup, restore, and disaster recovery know-how (Veeam, NetBackup).
• Automation/orchestration skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash; Power Automate/Ansible beneficial).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus).
• ITIL/ITSM driven project delivery and solid documentation practices.
• Knowledge of Jira Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Azure and AWS cloud environments; other clouds are a plus.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Entra, Security, Purview, Teams, SharePoint, Defender.
• Supervise Windows and Linux servers, with proactive monitoring for security and performance.
• Update and secure client and server OSes (Windows, macOS, Ubuntu; iOS/Android for endpoints).
• Oversee policy management using Defender, Intune, and PAM controls.
• Configure AD, DNS, NTP, DHCP, and centralized authentication; maintain LDAP integration.
• Implement PAM to protect privileged credentials across the infra.
• Develop automation and scripting solutions (PowerShell, Python, Bash, VB).
• Maintain documentation, network diagrams, and runbooks for troubleshooting and compliance.
• Plan and test backup/recovery and DR strategies (Veeam, NetBackup).
• Implement and test AI agent driven automation; support ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Collaborate across teams; pursue new tech to improve efficiency and security.
• Vendor/consultant management; budget planning and zero-based budgeting.

• Manage and administer Azure and Amazon Cloud Platform environments; experience with other cloud platforms is also advantageous.
• Maintain and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Entra, Security, Microsoft Purview, Teams, SharePoint, and Defender.
• Supervise Windows and Linux server operations, ensuring stability, security, and peak performance through ongoing monitoring.
• Update and secure operating systems including Windows, Mac, Linux (client espatialy Ubuntu), iOS, and Android - for clients and mobile devices.
• Oversee policy management for client operating systems using Microsoft Defender, Intune and CyberArk EPC or similar applications.
• Integrate and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and LDAP to support authentication, authorization, and centralized user administration in enterprise environments. Configure and maintain DNS, NTP, and DHCP services, while ensuring continuous and effective system monitoring.
• Protect privileged accounts and credentials throughout the infrastructure by implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with focus on CyberArk PAM.
• Handle system setup, configuration, and automation tasks using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or VB scripting.
• Knowledge of Jira Cloud management is considered beneficial.
• Execute PCI/DSS and security baseline evaluations while applying best practices and documenting compliance controls.
• Develop, deploy, and test backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies including Veeam replication and NetBackup management.
• Develop an automated solution leveraging an AI agent.
• DevOps knowledge is considered beneficial.
• Complete projects on time using ITIL/ITSM methodologies and collaborate across departments.
• Keep up-to-date documentation, network diagrams, and manuals to aid troubleshooting, compliance, and knowledge transfer.
• Investigate and adopt new technologies to improve system efficiency, enhance performance tuning, strengthen security hardening, and increase automation.

The Perfect Fit

• Over three years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms, virtualization, and Windows or Linux server administration, with strong expertise in Windows Server and endpoint operating systems (Windows 11, macOS, Ubuntu).
