Job summary

Özyeğin University seeks a dynamic Admissions and Summer School Specialist to plan and execute prospective student recruitment and engagement activities. • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in student recruitment, marketing, or event management.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM and data management; Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
• Ability to use SAP ERP and MS Office effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute 360° prospective student recruitment and engagement activities.
• Lead planning and coordination of high school visits, campus events, education fairs, and counselor engagement programs.
• Coordinate the High School Summer Program and its development, including internationalization efforts.
• Manage communication with international students and stakeholders to support program outreach.
• Coordinate field operations during recruitment periods, including logistics and procurement.
• Plan and execute visits and events across different cities; build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use CRM to track journeys, maintain data, and provide performance reports.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications on digital and print outreach to prospective students.

About the Position

Özyeğin University is looking for a dynamic and results Admissions and Summer School Specialist to join our Directorate of Communications. Reporting to the Admissions and Outreach Manager, this position will play a key role in planning and executing prospective student recruitment and engagement activities, while strengthening the University’s relationships with prospective students, parents, high schools, and educators.

The role will actively contribute to high school visits, campus events, prospective student and counselor engagement activities, as well as the planning and delivery of the High School Summer Program, supporting its expanding scope and international reach. The position will also collaborate closely with academic and administrative units to ensure the effective coordination of outreach activities and field operations during peak recruitment periods. This position is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract basis.

What You Will Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute 360° prospective student recruitment and engagement activities.
• Lead the planning and coordination of high school visits, campus events, education fairs, prospective student activities, and counselor engagement programs.
• Coordinate the planning, preparation, operations, and delivery of the High School Summer Program and contribute to its continued development.
• Support the internationalization of the High School Summer Program by managing communication and coordination with international students and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate field operations during university recruitment and preference periods, including relevant procurement, internal assignments, logistics, and event operations.
• Plan and execute high school visits and counselor events across different cities.
• Manage prospective student engagement processes and build sustainable relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize CRM systems to track prospective student journeys, maintain accurate data, and provide regular performance and activity reports.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and relevant teams to support digital and print communication initiatives targeting prospective students.
• Coordinate effectively with academic and administrative units as well as external stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably 2+ years of professional experience in student recruitment, marketing, communications, client/stakeholder relations, event management, or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in prospective student engagement, recruitment, outreach, or similar audience-focused communication activities.
• Strong event and project management capabilities with proven planning and coordination skills.
• Experience with CRM and data management; proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
• Ability to use SAP ERP and MS Office applications effectively.
• Excellent presentation, representation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and high-volume admission / outreach periods.
• Ability to drive actively and flexibility to travel frequently and stay overnight in different cities during recruitment and outreach periods.
