Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Türkiye is seeking a Product Manager to lead a strategically important Surgery portfolio. The role will shape portfolio strategy, own commercial performance, accelerate market development, and influence key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.

Working closely with local, regional, and cross-functional teams, you will drive growth while building strong customer engagement and delivering value for patients and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 7-10 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or related industry with strategic marketing and commercial success.
• Proven experience in Product Management, Marketing, Market Development, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in business planning, forecasting, pricing, marketing budget management, and financial analysis.
• Experience in product launches, portfolio transformation, lifecycle management, and customer conversion programs is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Turkish and English; willingness to travel within Türkiye.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute portfolio strategies that drive sustainable growth and long-term value.
• Act as the strategic business owner for the assigned Surgery portfolio with accountability for revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead annual business planning, forecasting, pricing, demand planning, and product lifecycle management with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring disciplined resource allocation and measurable impact.
• Drive portfolio transformation through new product introductions and lifecycle strategies.
• Lead market development initiatives by identifying unmet needs and expanding access to differentiated solutions.
• Translate market, customer, and financial data into actionable insights and growth plans.
• Build compelling value propositions and segmentation strategies for healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Develop partnerships with key healthcare professionals, hospital leaders, and clinical networks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Education, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and regional teams to deliver priorities.
• Lead product launches and strategic initiatives from insight generation to execution and corrective action.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve objectives.
• Represent Türkiye in regional forums and contribute local insights to regional investments.
