Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in professional education, medical education, marketing, product management, or related roles in healthcare.
• Experience in HCP-focused education, scientific engagement, or healthcare program delivery.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare environment and medical technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact Professional Education programs for healthcare professionals.
• Lead end-to-end program execution: planning, faculty, logistics, and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, evidence-based content.
• Coordinate congresses, symposia, and other professional education events.
• Monitor KPIs and apply insights to improve programs and outcomes.
