Job summary

TESAN is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to research and evaluate new products and opportunities. You will analyze pricing, quality, and market potential, coordinating with suppliers to secure favorable terms and robust documentation.

Based on a Electronics & Communications background, you will support SKU creation and warehouse processes while driving continuous improvements in the supply chain. 3+ years of relevant experience and strong English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, Product Management, or Product Development.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Interest in researching, analyzing, and discovering new products.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new products and product opportunities through market research and sources.
• Analyze products in terms of pricing, quality, technical specs, and market potential.
• Coordinate with suppliers to improve purchasing terms and conditions and obtain required information.
• Analyze and report technical and commercial data from supplier research.
• Monitor SKU creation and warehouse processes for new products.
• Contribute to process improvements and project initiatives across the supply chain.

We are now looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain team and take an active role in researching and evaluating new products and business opportunities.

What will you do?

• Research and evaluate new products and product opportunities through market research, digital platforms, and various other sources
• Analyze new products in terms of pricing, quality, technical specifications, and market potential
• Work with existing suppliers to ensure the implementation of appropriate working methods that improve purchasing terms and conditions
• Obtain product information, pricing, technical documentation, samples, and other required information from potential suppliers
• Analyze and report technical and commercial data obtained through product and supplier research
• Follow up on sample and product evaluation processes and coordinate with relevant teams
• Monitor the accurate progress of SKU creation and warehouse processes for new products
• Contribute to process improvement and project initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain operations

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing, technology, or consumer electronics industries, particularly in Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, Product Management, or Product Development
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• A genuine interest in research, analysis, and discovering new products
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills
• An interest in following emerging technologies and product trends
• For male candidates, completion of mandatory military service
• Based on the European side of Istanbul
