As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key leadership role in company's circular economy mission by managing and optimizing our end-to-end global supply chain.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's feedstock procurement strategy, inventory planning, chemical purchasing, and domestic and international logistics operations. You will work closely with our international facilities and cross-functional teams to ensure a reliable, cost-efficient, and scalable supply chain that supports company's ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Planning & Procurement
- Develop procurement strategies that ensure supply continuity while optimizing costs. Lead the end-to-end planning and procurement of feedstock, raw materials and chemicals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and strategic partners.
- Coordinate purchasing activities across company's international operations.
Inventory Planning & Demand Management
- Develop demand forecasts aligned with production requirements and business growth.
- Optimize inventory levels, safety stock and replenishment strategies.
- Build data-driven planning models and supply chain reporting dashboards.
Logistics & Distribution
- Manage domestic and international logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Lead transportation planning, freight negotiations and carrier management.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, Finance, Sales and Operations teams to ensure effective planning and execution.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of supply chain processes and systems.
Leadership
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire supply chain organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including procurement, planning and international logistics. At least a 3 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred: Textile Recycling, Circular Economy , Waste Management, Chemicals, Feedstock Supply, Manufacturing
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong analytical capabilities. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. ERP and supply chain planning systems experience is highly preferred.
- Strategic thinking, Strong negotiation skills, Excellent communication abilities, Leadership and stakeholder management, Problem-solving mindset, Ability to work in a fast-growing international environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally +30% of time.
