We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join within a fast-paced industrial business. The role ensures optimal material availability aligned with production requirements, efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, safe internal material flow, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

A key priority for this position will be the opening and implementation of a new warehouse. The Supply Chain Manager will take ownership of the warehouse transition, including warehouse transfer activities, stock relocation, layout and material-flow planning, inventory control, processes, systems, and operational readiness, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to production and customer deliveries.

The role will also lead the ongoing optimisation of supply chain and warehouse processes, working closely with production, procurement, logistics, and other internal stakeholders to improve efficiency, service levels, inventory performance, and operational safety.

• Expertise in material planning, warehouse operations, inbound logistics, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Health & Safety practices.
• Very good command of English.
