Job summary

Gizli Şirket is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Performance Analyst in Istanbul to drive data-driven insights across sales channels and product categories. You will own KPIs, develop dashboards, and partner with Sales and IT to improve forecasting, data infrastructure and reporting.

The role emphasizes turning complex data into actionable recommendations for management and supporting budgeting and scenario modelling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, MIS, Statistics or related field.
6-8 years of relevant experience in commercial performance, sales analytics, BI or data analytics, preferably within an international or multi-channel business environment.
Strong understanding of commercial and sales KPIs, pipeline and forecast management, pricing, profitability, customer performance and sales processes.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of SQL, with experience working with large and complex datasets.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards and data-quality management.
Experience working with ERP systems and multiple commercial data sources.
Ability to connect data and commercial context - going beyond reporting what happened to explain why it happened and recommend what should happen next.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with a hands-on and results-oriented approach.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Business Development, IT and senior management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and turn complex business requirements into structured, measurable and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive commercial performance through data-driven insights across channels and customers, owning KPIs and reporting.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, forecast accuracy, revenue and profitability to identify trends and gaps.
Develop dashboards and automated reporting solutions using Power BI for senior management.
Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development and IT to improve data infrastructure and automation.
Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling with historical analysis.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc analyses and executive-level reports highlighting risks and opportunities.
