Job summary

Bupa Türkiye is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to drive strategic and transformation programs across the organization. You will orchestrate enterprise-wide initiatives, turn complex problems into actionable roadmaps, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

The role requires a strong academic background and 1–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation or strategic project/program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation or strategic project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and execute enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across Bupa Türkiye.
• Structure complex problems into clear action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive governance and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Track initiatives from planning through implementation to outcomes.
