What will you do?

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will work on strategic and transformation programs across Bupa Türkiye. You will:

• Orchestrate and execute enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across BUPA’s integrated health ecosystem
• Structure complex problems and turn them into clear action plans
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders
• Translate strategy into roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes
• Drive governance and execution across multiple workstreams
• Follow initiatives from planning through implementation, tracking whether they deliver the intended outcomes

The topics will vary — healthcare, insurance, technology, customer experience, growth and transformation. What stays constant is the challenge: make sense of complexity, find a way forward, and make it happen.

What are we looking for?

• A strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or other related field
• 1–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation or strategic project/program management
