Job summary

PwC Türkiye Technology Consulting is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to join our CIO Advisory practice in Istanbul. You will lead technology transformation projects, shaping IT and Digital Strategy, architecture assessments, and modernization programs for client organizations.

In this role you will manage project teams, supervise client relationships, and ensure delivery quality while building trusted advisor relationships across industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, IT transformation, or technology functions

Responsibilities

• Work closely with CIOs and technology leadership teams to develop technology strategies, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps
• Conduct current-state assessments, design target structures, and develop transformation recommendations in IT Strategy, Digital Strategy, and IT Assessment projects
• Evaluate application architecture, infrastructure, technology platforms, and technology capabilities to identify improvement areas
• Provide advisory services to clients on cloud-native architectures, modern application development approaches, and technology modernization
• Manage the planning, coordination, and follow-up of digital transformation programs

Technology Consulting – CIO Advisory Manager / Senior Manager

Within our PwC Türkiye Technology Consulting team, we are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager to take part in projects delivered with a CIO Advisory focus. In this role, you will contribute to the transformation of our clients’ technology functions and take responsibility in technology-focused consulting projects covering IT Strategy, Digital Strategy, IT Assessment, and digital transformation programs. We are looking for team members with a strong technical background and a transformation-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, IT transformation, or technology functions
• Strong experience in IT Strategy, Digital Strategy, IT Assessment, or digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of enterprise technology architecture, application portfolio, integration structures, infrastructure transformation, and target operating model
• Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, microservices, container-based architectures, API-based architectures, and DevOps approaches
• Experience in technology modernization, legacy transformation, and platform assessment
• Strong capabilities in team management, project ownership, delivery accountability, and client management
• Fluency in Turkish and English
