Job summary

Randstad Türkiye seeks a Project Controller to support the Telecommunications client across the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with Project Managers, PMO, and project teams to ensure accurate monitoring and on-time delivery.

You will maintain schedules, revenue plans, track costs, manage documentation, and guide teams using project management tools while aligning with regional and HQ standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Electronic.
• Experience in Telecommunication Operation & Management or related work is an advantage.
• Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, communication, and accountability skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good level of English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly project plan accuracy, including delivery, revenue, and cost tracking.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project schedules and revenue plans for project completion.
• Prepare and maintain material and purchase requests.
• Identify and manage project documentation requirements.
• Monitor project performance against schedules, including monthly daily/PAC reporting.
• Identify risks related to monthly planned project deliverables, alert owners, define corrective actions.
• Monitor customer and subcontractor order status.
• Monitor site closure after delivery, including inventory and related processes.
• Optimize workflows and processes during project execution according to workload.
• Ensure project teams use tools for schedule, cost, scope, and quality management.
• Support project teams with guidance on project management tools.
• Follow and apply new regulations published by Rep Office, Region, and HQ.
• Prepare project plans, risks and assumptions, and coordinate reviews with key team members.
• Collect project progress information and report to stakeholders.
• Analyze delays, plan countermeasures, and develop implementation rules.
• Organize, monitor, and manage project documentation.
• Coordinate with leaders to ensure handover of business documents.
• Support all project phases to complete documentation for closure.
