Job summary

Hill Intl. is seeking a senior project controls professional to support planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting for multiple projects. You will prepare schedules, dashboards, and management reports while monitoring progress against baselines and budgets.

Responsibilities include delay analysis, change records, tender assistance, and coordinating with site teams, consultants, and clients. Proficiency in English and Turkish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related engineering field.
• 10 years of relevant experience in project controls, planning, cost control, reporting, or technical office roles.
• Experience on large-scale building, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.
• Proficient reading and interpretation of English technical documents, contracts, and schedules.
• Hands-on experience with project planning, scheduling, progress measurement, cost control and reporting processes.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, AutoCAD or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting activities.
• Prepare, review and update project schedules, progress reports, dashboards and management reports.
• Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and budget.
• Assist in delay analysis, extension of time assessments, change records and claims documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, site teams, consultants, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Review project data for consistency, accuracy and timely reporting.
• Support tender and proposal preparation when required.
• Prepare technical and management-level reports, presentations and correspondence in English and Turkish.
• Provide project controls support to ongoing and prospective projects from head office.
