Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company seeks a Supply Chain Development Executive in Türkiye, based in Susurluk or Istanbul. You will lead end-to-end projects, connect with senior teams, and drive improvement across the supply chain to strengthen our presence in Eurasia/WEEM.

Ideal candidates have 6–7 years in FMCG, 2–3 years in project management, strong analytical and communication skills, English proficiency, and Excel/PowerPoint expertise. This role reports to the Türkiye team.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• English proficiency is required to communicate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high and medium complexity projects end-to-end.
• Contribute to portfolio value and overall NSV/EBIT through innovation projects.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders including senior management to align on priorities.
