Job summary

Kraft Heinz Turkey, based in Susurluk, is seeking an Indirect Buyer to join the Procurement team and help drive strategic sourcing. You will report to the Indirect Procurement Manager and collaborate with cross-functional peers to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a degree and 4+ years in procurement, with English fluency and knowledge of SAP/Ariba. You will contribute to cost-saving initiatives, supplier management, and process improvements while supporting global

About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for Indirect Buyer to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. Indirect Buyer role lies within the Procurement team and is based in our Susurluk factory. You'll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting to the Indirect Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze company needs for indirect procurement and develop strategic plans.
• Monitor market trends to identify the best suppliers and pricing opportunities.
• Create cost-saving initiatives and ensure sustainable procurement strategies.
• Manage relationships with existing and potential suppliers to ensure high-quality service.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure the best value for the company.
• Develop supplier evaluation and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Improve procurement processes through automation and best practices.
• Implement cost control measures and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular reports on procurement performance, savings, and market developments.
• Support company-wide initiatives related to cost efficiency and supplier sustainability.

What you bring
