Job summary

Hermès is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to monitor stock throughout the product lifecycle and coordinate replenishment across Retail Merchandisers, Stores and central supply. The role involves planning deliveries with Customer Service, updating a cross-metier replenishment calendar, and reporting stock and performance per Metier.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years in retail supply, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in English and Turkish (French a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics or related field
• 4 to 6 years experience in retail supply, product allocation, retail merchandising
• Analytical, structured and organised with attention to detail
• Comfortable handling large and complex data sets from different sources
• Fluent in English and Turkish; French a plus

Responsibilities

• Stock monitoring throughout the product lifecycle
• Plan and monitor deliveries with Customer Service
• Coordinate a cross-metier delivery calendar for Retail Merchandisers and Stores
• Create central and store stock and performance reporting per Metier
• Suggest stock corrective actions (retention, ordering, rebalancing)
• Coordinate day-to-day replenishment with counterparts and ensure visibility of deliveries and stock
