Job summary

AXA Türkiye is seeking a Transformation Office Lead to drive the company’s transformation and AI initiatives from ideation to execution. The role is an individual contributor at the intersection of business, technology and transformation, requiring strong PM/Agile capabilities and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related quantitative/technology-oriented discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in technology-driven project/program management, Agile delivery or transformation.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate with technology and Data & AI teams.
• Solid project/program management and Agile capabilities.
• PMP certification is preferred; Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) would be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including exposure to senior management.
• Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• For male candidates, military service must be completed or the candidate must be exempt.
• Must have valid work permit in Turkey.

Responsibilities

• Manage and govern the company’s transformation and AI portfolio, driving prioritization, execution tracking, risk management, reporting and value realization in line with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate governance meetings and committees, and ensure effective follow-up of key decisions and actions.
• Lead the Agile delivery of AI and technology-driven initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, working closely with Product Owners, IT, Data & AI teams and external partners to translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Manage backlogs, milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery progress.
• Prepare executive-level analyses, presentations and decision-support materials, consolidating complex information into clear insights to support management decision-making.
• Support executive meetings, management visits and strategic engagements covering company-wide business activities.
• Contribute to strategic and ad-hoc management initiatives when required.
