Job summary

AXA Türkiye seeks a Transformation Office Lead to drive the company’s transformation and AI portfolio, bridging business and technology teams. This individual contributor role intersects business, technology and transformation with strong PM and Agile capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related quantitative/technology discipline.
5+ years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in technology-driven project/program management, Agile delivery or transformation.
Strong technical understanding and the ability to collaborate with technology and Data & AI teams.
Solid project/program management and Agile capabilities; PMP preferred; Agile certs are a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and storytelling, including exposure to senior management.
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Manage and govern AXA Türkiye’s transformation and AI portfolio, driving prioritization, execution tracking, risk management, reporting and value realization.
Coordinate governance meetings and ensure effective follow-up of key decisions.
Lead the Agile delivery of AI and technology-driven initiatives from ideation to implementation.
Bridge business and technical teams, translating needs into actionable plans with Product Owners, IT, Data & AI teams and partners.
Manage backlogs, milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery progress.
Prepare executive analyses, presentations and decision-support materials for management.
Support executive meetings and strategic engagements across company activities.
Contribute to strategic and ad-hoc management initiatives as required.
