AXA Türkiye seeks a Transformation Office Lead to join our team, joining the intersection of business, technology and transformation. This role is an individual contributor position with no direct people management responsibility.

You will manage the transformation and AI portfolio, drive prioritization and progress tracking, and collaborate with Product Owners, IT and Data & AI teams to translate business needs into actionable plans.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in tech-driven project/program management, Agile delivery or transformation.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate with technology and Data & AI teams.
• Solid project/program management and Agile capabilities.
• PMP certification preferred; Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe) advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and prioritization skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with exposure to senior management.
• Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Male candidates must have completed military service or be exempt.
• Must have valid work permit in Turkey.

Responsabilidades

• Govern transformation and AI portfolio, driving prioritization, execution tracking, risk management and value realization.
• Coordinate governance meetings and ensure follow-up of key decisions.
• Lead Agile delivery of AI/tech initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Bridge business and technical teams; work with Product Owners, IT, Data & AI teams and external partners.
• Manage backlogs, milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery progress.
• Prepare executive analyses and decision-support materials for management.
• Support executive meetings and strategic engagements across the business.
• Contribute to strategic and ad-hoc management initiatives when required.

We are looking for a Transformation Office Lead to join our team and contribute to the execution of AXA Türkiye’s transformation agenda. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibility, positioned at the intersection of business, technology and transformation.

Competencies We Expect in Our New Team Member

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related quantitative/technology-oriented discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in technology-driven project/program management, Agile delivery or transformation.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with technology and Data & AI teams.
• Solid project/program management and Agile capabilities.
• PMP certification is preferred; Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) would be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including exposure to senior management.
• Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities.
