Job summary

AXA Türkiye is seeking a high-impact Project Manager to lead strategic cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, aligning business priorities with technology delivery.

You will coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders across local and international teams, shaping governance, risk, and benefits realization while driving AI and emerging tech programs into business processes. Must have 7+ years in PM in insurance/financial services and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in project/program management, transformation or related roles within insurance/banking/financial services.
• Proven experience in large-scale transformation, strategy, or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Drive planning, coordination and execution across business and technology teams.
• Provide visibility on project progress and drive alignment with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Prepare structured, management-level updates and decision-support materials.
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders for project alignment.
• Support initiatives to integrate AI and emerging technologies into business processes.
• Monitor outcomes and support realization of business benefits.
• Contribute to governance and ways of working across the organization.

Competencies We Expect in Our New Team Member

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in project / program management, transformation or related roles within the insurance, banking or financial services sectors.
• Proven experience in large-scale transformation, strategy, or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with different levels of the organization.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise and management-level presentations and communicate complex topics in a structured manner.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI and AI tools is considered an asset.
• PMP, Agile or other relevant project management certifications are considered an advantage.
• Must have a valid work permit in Turkey

• Collaborate effectively with local and international stakeholders to ensure project alignment and execution.
• Support initiatives focused on integrating artificial intelligence and emerging technologies into business processes.
• Monitor project outcomes and support the realization of expected business benefits.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, governance practices and ways of working across the organization

This is a high-impact Project Manager role with no direct people management responsibility, focused on leading strategic initiatives end-to-end, driving stakeholder alignment and translating business priorities into tangible outcomes. Acting as a trusted partner across business and technology teams, the Project Manager will play a key role in accelerating transformation and delivering sustainable business impact.
