Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Network Scheduling Supervisor to lead short-term capacity planning and exception management across FG and semi-finished goods. You will own the 0–12 week horizon plan, drive schedule adherence, and coordinate with demand, supply, and production teams to optimize customer service and inventory targets.

The role requires a strong background in S&OP, demand planning and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field with strong analytic mindset.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply planning processes and MRP.
• Experience in scenario analysis, capacity planning and constraint management.

Responsibilities

• Own 0-12 week finished goods plan and address supply/demand imbalances.
• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for value streams.
• Coordinate buyers, planners and schedulers to deliver the MPS plan.
• Collaborate with demand, supply, and operations to improve service levels.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions for inventory and cost targets.
