Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Specialist, Pricing and Quotation Operations to support daily pricing and quotation activities and to drive improvements across processes. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure accurate quotations and consistent pricing governance.

The role focuses on implementing pricing frameworks, analyzing profitability, and delivering insights to optimize commercial decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in pricing, quotation management, commercial operations, sales support, or related functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP, CRM, pricing, or quotation management systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Execute daily pricing and quotation operations in line with company policies and commercial strategies.
Prepare, review, and manage customer quotations while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Support the implementation and maintenance of pricing frameworks, commercial policies, and quotation processes.
Analyze pricing trends, profitability, and quotation performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business stakeholders to support commercial decision making.
Monitor pricing and quotation KPIs and provide regular reporting and insights.
Drive process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with global pricing guidelines, governance, and approval processes.
Support escalated pricing and quotation-related inquiries and provide guidance to relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to projects aimed at improving commercial effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
