Job summary

Medtronic plc in Turkey seeks a Sr. Business Manager, ICT for EMEA Region to drive growth, commercial execution, and strategic marketing across Region-Led Markets.

You will partner with regional/country leaders and the global ICT OU to accelerate adoption of SH, Coronary, and Renal Denervation therapies, aligning country plans with global priorities. The role leads forecasting, market development, and launches, ensuring safe patient outcomes and sustainable regional financial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in relevant field, incl. 5+ years in people management.
• Experience in business management, marketing, or market development within medical devices/healthcare.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and market-development priorities with regional leadership.
• Develop and execute ICT business strategy across Structural Heart, Coronary, and Renal Denervation.
• Translate global strategies into regional and country plans with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance, forecast, and lead ICT planning and reviews with finance.
• Drive product launches, access programs, and customer-engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing, sales, medical affairs, regulatory, supply chain, and operations.
