Job summary

Vitafenix Supplements is seeking a Planning & Business Analytics Specialist to help build an integrated planning infrastructure—covering MRP, ERP transitions, budgeting and forecasting, and analytics.

The role evolves from establishing MRP and operational planning to budgeting, performance management, and strategic planning, collaborating across management and functions to create a data-driven planning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or analytics.
• Strong understanding of MRP, inventory management and integrated planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Logo Tiger / Logo Enterprise is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL or Python is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Curious, proactive and eager to build new systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage MRP processes for materials.
• Build planning models for finished goods, materials and production.
• Maintain BOMs, planning parameters and inventory policies.
• Translate sales forecasts into procurement and production needs.
• Establish safety stock, reorder points, and inventory optimization.
• Identify shortages, excess inventory, capacity constraints and risks.
• Develop rolling production and procurement plans.
• Support ERP transition from Logo Tiger to Logo Enterprise.
• Define requirements for the new ERP environment.
• Collaborate with ERP consultants and stakeholders during implementation.
• Design master data structures, planning parameters and reporting.
• Ensure data integration across sales, inventory, purchasing, production and finance.
• Improve ERP-supported planning processes as the org grows.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Develop KPIs and management reports.
• Create dashboards and automated reporting tools.
• Transform data into actionable insights.
• Support management decisions with quantitative analysis.
• Contribute to strategic projects and investments.
• Help establish integrated planning linking ops, budgets and strategy.
