Qualifications

• 2–3 years managing recruitment or enterprise accounts in international education or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Education preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for ApplyBoard, representing our mission to agents, institutions and students.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of ApplyBoard’s value and offerings for promotion to diverse audiences.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase international student enrollment across regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, negotiating terms and providing training.
• Guide and train agents to improve the quality and volume of student applications.
• Use CRM and social media platforms to share messages, disseminate information, and drive engagement.
• Develop and implement data-driven recruitment and marketing strategies to optimize international outreach.
• Expand ApplyBoard’s international presence to increase access to quality education.
