Job summary

ApplyBoard Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth within our recruitment partner ecosystem.

You will own a diverse portfolio of recruitment partners, acting as their strategic advocate from onboarding to expansion, and work with Sales, Marketing, and Product to turn partnerships into revenue. You will onboard, train, and support agents to boost student enrollment and engagement, leveraging CRM tools and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

2-3 years managing recruitment or enterprise accounts in international education or similar sector.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Act as ambassador for ApplyBoard to agents, institutions and students.
Cultivate understanding of ApplyBoard’s value and promote offerings.
Develop strategies to increase international student enrollment.
Build and maintain relationships with agents; negotiate terms and provide training.
Guide agents to improve quantity and quality of student applications.
Use CRM and social media to disseminate messages and drive engagement.
Lead data-driven recruitment and marketing strategies for international outreach.
Expand ApplyBoard’s international presence.
