Job summary

ZF Group in Sakarya/Arifiye is seeking an Order Management Specialist to coordinate customer orders with production planning, prioritize according to order requirements, and drive on-time delivery performance. The role interfaces between customers and internal planning, ensuring smooth end-to-end order flow per contracts.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree, several years in automotive or logistics, strong customer contact and negotiation skills, and fluent Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Multiple years of experience in automotive sector or logistics.
• Direct customer contact experience with customer oriented mindset and negotiation skills to reach optimum results.
• High stress management capability.
• Fluent Turkish and fluent in English speaking and writing.
• Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders with the site production planning department according to contracts with customers.
• Prioritize based on customer order requirements.
• Follow up the escalation path within the customer organization in case of delays.
• Responsible for customer delivery KPIs.
• Regularly follow up and update customer orders in the SAP system.
