Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an On Premise Controller to manage forecasting, planning and month-end closing of Net Sales Value for the On Premise channel.

You will translate commercial strategy into budgets and quarterly forecasts, and build driver-based models for volume, price/mix, and trade spend. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with fluency in Turkish and English, and collaboration with Sales Controlling and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/ economics or industrial engineering.
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• 4–5 years of experience in Controlling, preferably Sales/Commercial Controlling or FP&A.
• Fluent Turkish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the on-premise NSV forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Build and maintain driver-based models for volume, price/mix, NSV, and trade spend.
• Design and automate channel reporting (sales, depletions, ROI).
• Lead month-end close for the channel with accruals and variance analysis.
• Maintain spend controls and ensure adherence to Controlling guidelines.
• Evaluate contracts and support negotiations with financial models.
• Coach sales team on finance fundamentals.
