Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the Buga Factory in Turkey.

You will lead the Controlling team and act as a trusted partner to management, delivering insightful analyses, budgeting, and finance-driven recommendations to support the site’s strategic objectives. You will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under Turkish GAAP and US GAAP, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive cost optimization and process improvements across the

Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in Controlling, including leadership in manufacturing or international business.
Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and US GAAP accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel.
Experience with ERP systems; Power BI is advantageous.
Fluent Turkish and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Controlling team.
Partner with management by providing analyses, reporting, and recommendations for financial strategy and performance.
Own budgeting and financial planning, focusing on personnel and operating costs.
Perform profitability and cost analyses and monitor improvement initiatives.
Present KPIs, financial results, and project updates to stakeholders.
Improve controlling and finance processes and implement new solutions.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per Turkish GAAP and US GAAP.
Collaborate with international Finance teams and Factory leadership.
