Job summary

Otis is seeking a Factory Finance Business Partner for the Beylikdüzü factory in Istanbul. You will lead the Controlling team, partner with management, and own budgeting and cost analyses to support financial strategy and performance.

You will work with international finance teams in a global matrix, oversee subcontractor budgeting, intercompany pricing, and drive process improvements across the finance function.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Controlling, including leadership in manufacturing or international business.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and US GAAP accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS 365 apps, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems; Power BI is an advantage.
• Fluent Turkish and very good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Controlling team.
• Act as trusted business partner to management with insightful analyses, reporting, and recommendations.
• Own annual budgeting and financial planning, focusing on personnel and operating costs.
• Conduct profitability and cost analyses with BU managers and support improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present KPIs, financial results, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize controlling and finance processes with new solutions.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per Turkish GAAP and US GAAP.
• Collaborate with international Finance teams within a global matrix organization.
