Job summary

DieselFixNeuss seeks a Director of E-Commerce and Digital Operations to lead our Beylikdüzü office and multi-channel business across Europe. You will maintain momentum of an already thriving system through people, processes, data, and technology.

You will collaborate with the Board and German headquarters, oversee ecommerce channels, customer experience, reporting and digital operations, and balance automation with human touch in AI-driven communications.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English is required; German language is a plus.
• Proven leadership in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital operations.
• Ability to draw insights from data to drive profitability and customer experience.
• Experience managing a team with clear goals, responsibilities and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Beylikdüzü office, e-commerce channels and digital operations to sustain momentum.
• Oversee profitability, inventory, returns, and customer experience across channels and geographies.
• Define processes and boundaries between automation and human intervention in AI-assisted communication.
• Develop automation initiatives and a reporting framework for board-level decisions.
• Evaluate new platforms and business opportunities using data and feasibility analysis.
