Job summary

Servier İstanbul is seeking a highly experienced Business Excellence Director to partner with the General Manager and Leadership Team, driving data-driven decisions, digital and omnichannel transformation, and a new engagement model across the organisation.

The role leads Performance Effectiveness, Data & Business Intelligence, CRM excellence, and analytics initiatives, shaping regional and global strategies while ensuring governance, compliance and continuous improvement across DDIS operations.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Business Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness or BI.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong background in analytics, CRM, reporting and performance management.
• Experience with customer engagement platforms and omnichannel orchestration.
• Leadership of cross-functional projects and teams.
• Fluent English and university degree in a relevant field; MBA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Excellence and BI initiatives across the organization.
• Advise the GM and Leadership Team with insights and recommendations.
• Drive segmentation, territory design and field productivity priorities.
• Develop dashboards, KPI tracking, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams on omnichannel and AI initiatives.
• Govern CRM systems and customer engagement platforms.
