Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Economics or Industrial-Management Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of FMCG/food & beverage experience.
• Good command of English.
• Willing to locate in Diyarbakır.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people.
• Capacity to understand all sales functions (Channel, Category Sales Development, Customer, Field).

Responsibilities

• Realize monthly volume and revenue targets.
• Manage and lead field team to increase penetration of CCI products.
• Develop and increase sales of distributors in the region to meet targets.
• Visit specified customers in the region regularly.
• Create strong and sustainable customer relationships.
• Identify field execution opportunities and convince customers to implement them.
• Provide sales execution and customer management actions to realize targets with distributors.
