Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or business field.
• 7–10 years in purchasing/procurement, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience with indirect procurement and category management in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for non-raw material categories, including indirect materials and services.
• Lead supplier management, including selection, qualification, negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Manage tenders, contracts and total cost of ownership while ensuring policy compliance.
• Drive cost optimization, productivity initiatives and value engineering across categories.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, IT and Supply Chain to deliver procurement solutions.
