Job summary

Nobel Ilac A.S. in Türkiye is seeking an accomplished Indirect Procurement Leader to plan, manage, and grow our indirect sourcing in line with business objectives.

You will oversee end-to-end supplier sourcing, RFQ processes, contracts, and performance management across IT, MRO, lab equipment, and advertising, ensuring timely delivery at optimal cost. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least eight years in indirect procurement, including three years of team management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years indirect procurement experience, with at least 3 years in team leadership.
• Experience across categories including IT, MRO, lab equipment, and services.
• Proven supplier selection, tendering, contract management, and negotiations.
• Strong cost optimization, budgeting, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office; English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and develop indirect procurement activities aligned with objectives.
• Lead supplier sourcing, RFQ, tendering, contracting, and negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and develop alternate supplier options.
• Oversee CAPEX procurement in coordination with technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations; drive cost reductions.
• Lead and develop the procurement team; monitor performance.
