Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey is seeking an experienced HR Executive to partner with Animal Health leadership. You will deliver HR strategy, policies, performance, and workforce planning to drive business outcomes.

You will recruit and develop talent, coach leaders, and collaborate with Finance, Rewards, and Shared Services in a fast-paced, matrix environment. Hybrid working model offered to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering).
4–5 years of professional HRBP experience in high-velocity environments.
Experience supporting functional leaders in a complex, matrix organization.
Experience leading teams in performance, coaching, and development.
Excellent influencing skills and ability to work across Finance, HR, Rewards, and Shared Services.

Responsibilities

Member of Animal Health Leadership Committee, business engagement & stakeholder management with Animal Health & Enabling Functions & Medical teams.
Provide strategic HR expertise to business leaders on HR policies and procedures.
Act as a credible advisor on performance management and employee engagement.
Consult managers on recruitment needs, talent attraction and orientation.
Deliver analyses to support workforce planning and strategic workforce development.
Partner with leadership on organizational effectiveness, talent, culture, and development.
Support workforce planning discussions through capability assessments and talent insights.
Drive talent review processes, succession planning and leadership development.
Lead employer branding initiatives and relationships with universities and external networks.
Drive performance management cycles, governance, and coaching of managers.
