Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey is seeking a talented HR Executive to partner with Animal Health leadership, shaping people strategies, workforce planning and talent management in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

You will drive performance discussions, lead succession planning, and nurture an employer brand that attracts top talent. A Turkish-speaking HR professional with strong English skills and 4–5 years’ HRBP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or HR) required.
• 4–5 years of HRBP experience in fast-paced, matrix organizations.
• Ability to advise leaders on HR policies, performance, and engagement.
• Proven collaboration across Finance, Rewards, and Shared Services.
• Strong Turkish; excellent Turkish/English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR expertise to business leaders on HR policies and procedures.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and workforce capability initiatives.
• Drive performance management processes and development planning across functions.
• Support workforce planning with capability insights and data.
• Partner with leadership to align HR with business strategy and culture.
