Job summary

Skytanking Holding GmbH seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our Türkiye operations and lead end-to-end HR processes. You will work closely with local management and global HR teams, managing HR operations for the Türkiye organization.

Responsibilities include payroll coordination, Turkish labour law compliance, employee relations, budgeting and performance management across multiple sites. English fluency and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
• Strong payroll, personnel administration, labour law and employee relations experience.
• Proven performance management and organizational development experience.
• Experience with budgeting, compensation & benefits and salary reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR processes across Türkiye and multi-site operations.
• Coordinate payroll processes and ensure accuracy of controls.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish Labour Law and Social Security regulations.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary processes per local law.
• Lead budgeting, salary reviews and compensation activities.
• Drive performance management, goal setting and talent calibration.
• Support organizational development, workforce planning and change management.
• Coach and develop the HR team and liaise with global HR.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR with business goals.
