Job summary

Pluxee Türkiye is seeking a Strategic Account Sales Executive to drive growth within existing accounts and acquire new clients across our Turkish market. You will build strong relationships with C-level executives, articulate Pluxee’s value proposition, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.

You will act independently yet collaboratively, applying an analytical and commercial mindset to optimize opportunities and ensure high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is preferred for stakeholder interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Analytical and commercial mindset to assess opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new client acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Present Pluxee values and guidelines to all stakeholders.
• Ensure growth targets and identify opportunities for new projects.
• Provide timely information to internal stakeholders and collaborate with risk and pricing teams.
• Prepare and deliver reports and forecasts with accuracy.
