Job summary

Hayat is seeking a Cost Planning & Analysis Manager to lead month-end closures and cost controls across multiple subsidiaries from the Istanbul HQ. The role requires deep FMCG cost experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.

You will partner with R&D, Marketing, and Regions to drive profitability and support SAP transformation initiatives. Based in Istanbul, the position offers a dynamic, global environment with tight deadlines and complex data, ideal for senior professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics or Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in production FMCG cost control and related areas.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
• Fluent in English; strong analytical and data-to-insight skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end cost closure with subsidiaries per local GAAP and company policies.
• Perform intercompany cost mark-up analysis for trades.
• Define controls in production processes to ensure accurate cost closure and SKU profitability.
• Manage end-to-end budget cost process for Hayat Consumer Group subsidiaries.
• Forecast monthly production cost and support business decisions.
• Review deviations of COGM versus forecasts and explain variances.
• Provide ad hoc reports to senior management for deep dives or scenario planning.
• Support SAP transformation with standardisation of end-to-end costing.
