Job summary

Modern Karton in Ataşehir seeks a Budget and Reporting Specialist to join our production finance team. You will own production cost reporting, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, and support closing activities.

You will collaborate with production, planning and accounting, ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements using Excel, SAP FI/CO and BI tools. Fluency in English is preferred for professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years in production reporting, cost accounting or budgeting in manufacturing.
• Strong English skills for professional use.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO modules preferred or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like SAP BW/BI or Power BI.
• Interest in AI tools for data analysis and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Budget and Reporting Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Ataşehir, with a primary focus on production and cost reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics or Industrial Engineering,
• At least 2 years of experience in production reporting, cost accounting, cost analysis or budgeting and reporting within the manufacturing sector,
• Good command of English, with the ability to use it effectively in a professional setting,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills,
• Preferably experienced in SAP FI and CO-PA modules, or willing to learn,
• Preferably familiar with SAP BW/BI, Power BI or similar data analysis and reporting tools,
• Willing to use AI tools for data analysis, reporting and process improvement, and to develop skills in this area,
• Strong analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving skills,
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports,
• Prepare monthly consumption reports and verify the accuracy and consistency of consumption data,
• Perform monthly consumption checks and manage the related month-end closing activities,
• Carry out production costing and analyze consumption, unit costs and cost changes,
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting through data preparation, validation and reporting,
• Compare production, consumption and cost results against budget and prior periods, and analyze variances,
• Coordinate with production, planning and accounting teams on relevant reporting and analysis activities,
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses in response to business needs and requests,
• Contribute to improvements in reporting and control processes, automation and operational efficiency.
