Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, FP&A, or financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivots.
• Experience with ERP systems; Logo ERP advantageous.
• English proficiency in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and validate cost, expense, and budget data from group companies.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of consolidated budgets.
• Prepare monthly budget vs. actual reports and analyze variances.
• Monitor operating expenses across locations and cost centers.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and unusual spending patterns.
• Create financial reports, models, and management dashboards.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and procurement to ensure data accuracy.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvement projects.

As we continue to strengthen our group-wide financial management and reporting capabilities, we are looking for a Cost Control & Budget Specialist to join our team in Istanbul.

Reporting to the Group Cost & Expenditure Control Manager, this position will play an active role in cost analysis, budget monitoring, financial reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across our group companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and validate cost, expense, and budget data from group companies.
• Support the preparation and ongoing monitoring of consolidated budgets.
• Prepare monthly budget vs. actual reports, identify variances, and analyze key cost drivers.
• Monitor and analyze operating expenses across companies, departments, locations, and cost centers.
• Conduct comparative cost analyses covering procurement, logistics, fleet, rental, and administrative expenses.
• Identify unusual spending patterns, inconsistencies, and potential cost optimization opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, analytical models, and management dashboards.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and procurement teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Support cost-saving initiatives, expenditure control activities, and financial process improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably 2–4 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, financial analysis, FP&A, or financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Good understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, expense classifications, and cost center structures.
• Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of Logo ERP is an advantage.
• Familiarity withPower BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn and develop within a dynamic business environment.
