Job summary

Soho House & Co. seeks a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the property, ensuring luxury member/guest experiences, staff retention, and optimal profitability.

You will lead day-to-day operations, guide financial performance and uphold Soho House standards for service, safety and quality across all departments. You will partner with Head Office functions to drive innovative opportunities, cultivate culture, and maximize guest moments while maintaining strong internal controls and

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing high-volume F&B or multi-unit operations.
• Understand and enforce local government food safety, risk prevention, fire prevention and emergency procedures.
• Interview all new and prospective hires and support growth, development and success planning.
• Monitor, assess, report and develop action items to support service trends and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Influential leader and strategic business partner to internal and external stakeholders, delivering an elevated, profitable experience.
• Provide weekly/daily reports on economic and operational state to trigger action plans for improvements.
• Adhere to company policies for food safety and create a safe, inviting space for members, guests and staff.
• Collaborate with Head Office functions to drive processes and implement opportunities that drive sales and retention.
• Lead and motivate the finance team and support profitability goals.
• Provide leadership for annual marketing plans and partnerships with other departments.
