• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• CPA qualification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial reporting process including month-end closings and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely preparation of weekly, monthly and annual reports.
• Prepare management reports and IFRS statements for executives and lenders.
• Monitor budget and cash flow; prepare cash flow statements.
• Analyze revenues, expenditures and cash management to stay within budget.
• Identify variances between actual and budgeted results with actionable insights.
• Liaise with banks, auditors and regulators for reporting/compliance.
• Perform financial analyses to support management decisions.
• Ensure accounting standards and statutory requirements are properly applied.
