Job summary

SAMSON Türkiye is seeking a Cost and General Accounting Specialist to own cost management and financial reporting for our manufacturing operations. You will work with Production, Purchasing, and Planning to align cost data across the supply chain and ensure timely compliance with tax obligations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP experience (Canias ERP preferred), and advanced Excel/Power BI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in ERP cost modules (Canias ERP preferred).
• Advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills.
• Knowledge of Turkish tax legislation (BOBI FRS preferred).
• English proficiency at level B1 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and report unit costs per product.
• Track costs for raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods.
• Establish cost center structures and allocate expenses.
• Analyze inventory movements and perform valuations.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance.
• Create management reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Coordinate cost data with Production, Purchasing, and Planning.
• Monitor tax law changes and integrate into processes.
