Job summary

Fraport TAV Antalya Airport is seeking a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist to lead the company’s branding and communications strategy. You will manage media relations, plan campaigns, and coordinate with senior management and external agencies to uphold our global standards and employer branding.

You will develop annual communication plans, oversee digital channels, and drive internal and external communications to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations or a similar role.
• Experience in aviation, tourism, hospitality or an international corporate environment is advantageous.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; another language is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of corporate communications, media relations, brand management and reputation management.
• Experience managing creative, digital and media agencies and coordinating integrated campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital trends, social media, and content planning.
• Experience in budget planning and coordinating communication initiatives is beneficial.
• Proficiency in software tools like SAP, M-Files and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and ongoing enhancement of the company's corporate identity across print, digital, and physical channels.
• Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to strengthen brand and employer branding.
• Create annual communication plans aligned with corporate objectives and manage execution of integrated initiatives.
• Plan and manage corporate communication, digital communication and events to support strategic goals.
• Coordinate press releases and media communications with senior management and business units.
• Build relationships with local and national media, authorities, and tourism bodies.
• Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and external agency collaboration.
• Plan and report on sponsorships, events and brand visibility with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement of promotional materials ensuring brand consistency and budget compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver communication projects supporting business objectives.
• Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Support internal comms to boost employee engagement and corporate culture.
• Coordinate crisis communications under senior management direction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, confidentiality, and environmental requirements.
