Job summary

Akenerji seeks a Corporate Communications Manager/Executive to be based at our Headquarters in Turkey. The role leads strategic communications, media relations and external messaging for the company.

Responsibilities include developing annual plans, sustainability reporting, overseeing 360-degree communications, monitoring media coverage, organizing press events, and coordinating digital PR and CSR activities. Strong English, writing and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduated from related departments of universities.
• 7–10 years of experience in corporate communications.
• Experienced in media communication and crisis management.
• Experience in corporate social media management.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good command of MS Office programs.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, following technology.
• Good reporting and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a team, has the ability to represent the company.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, implementing and revising the corporate communication annual plan when necessary.
• To prepare the company's annual operation and sustainability report.
• To prepare, implement, update and measure corporate communication plans on the basis of all stakeholders in 360 degrees.
• To follow the news published on behalf of the institution on a daily basis, to report to the management by taking the necessary actions regarding the news, comments and articles published in the written and visual media.
• To hold press conferences, to write relevant texts for press releases and interviews, to distribute them to press organizations in coordination with the agency.
• Contributing to the development of social media projects and digital PR projects in integration with press communication.
• Creating and planning sponsorship and corporate social responsibility projects and carrying out related activities.
• Carrying out the internal and external organizational processes of the company,
• Managing leader communication, writing and editing texts.
• Updating the website of the institution in line with the developing activities,
• E-bulletin, magazine, etc. preparing publications for the institution.
