Fraport TAV Antalya Airport is seeking a Commercial Leasing & Contracts Specialist – Non-Aviation to support leasing activities, prepare proposals, monitor tenant performance, and coordinate with authorities. The role emphasizes budgeting, reporting, and ensuring contract compliance.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage budget, and contribute to maximizing commercial value of retail spaces. Excellent English, MS Office, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of marketing
• Experience in budgeting, reporting, and presentation preparation
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Preferably experienced in SAP, Photoshop, and Corel programs
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented and solution-focused mindset
• Results-driven with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and proposal documents related to leasing and contracts
• Monitor tenant performance and prepare performance statistics and analysis reports
• Manage correspondence and processes with official authorities and institutions
• Plan proposal processes and layout arrangements for leasable commercial areas
• Take an active role in lease agreement execution and completion of related processes, including letters of guarantee and contractual documentation
• Ensure contracts comply with lender bank requirements and management plans
• Contribute actively to maximizing the commercial value and marketing of retail and commercial spaces
• Monitor and manage contract renewal processes
• Handle inquiries and meeting requests from potential tenants and manage related processes
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments as required by the nature of the business
• Prepare the department budget, present it to management with supporting justifications, update it when necessary, and monitor budget performance throughout the year
• Track budget versus actual results and prepare forecast updates accordingly
