Job summary

Bank of China Turkey seeks an experienced Corporate Banker to manage client relationships, credit limits, and financing solutions. You will coordinate with Treasury, Risk Management and Operations to offer tailored products and services across the client portfolio.

The role requires at least 10 years in corporate banking, excellent English and Turkish language skills, and strong data analysis/reporting abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; Master degree is a plus.
• At least 10 years in a corporate banking role.
• Strong data analysis and report writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Level 3 derivative license from CMB is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Open corporate client accounts by collecting KYC documents and updating records.
• Interact with clients for daily banking transactions and negotiate rates per transaction.
• Promote tailor-made solutions with Treasury, Risk Management and Operations; propose new products when needed.
• Negotiate terms and tariffs within Bank guidelines to reach optimal client solutions.
• Visit current clients and arrange meetings with prospects to expand the client base; prepare call memos.
• Collect necessary documents for credit limit establishment and prepare credit packages.
• Monitor creditworthiness and report quarterly post-loan management; take action if risks arise.
• Ensure compliance with laws, Bank policies, and internal procedures; maintain data quality in client files.
